  Been getting food delivered from here for 3 years. Food is generally pretty good and free delivery. But sometimes delivery takes a long time.

  Didn't want to make this too long otherwise people wouldn't read it but there are A LOT OF BAD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. Sip and bite is hit or miss (60% of the time). I used to always come back because the food is great tasting, cheap and they do free delivery. BUT I have recently decided to take my business elsewhere because the service is ALWAYS SHOCKING! On many occasions when I call to order they don't have time to take down my order and ask me to call back in 5 minutes...later calling for the same thing to happen AGAIN, the staff also have terrible English and I have to repeat EVERY WORD 5 times so they don't deliver my paid food somewhere else, other times they have trouble finding my address even though I used to order twice a week from them, they also on multiple occasions forget to bring our drink for the combo and either deny that we paid for a drink or say they will go back and get one and then not return, the kebabs are sometimes soggy and cold, the chips are sometimes smothered in chicken salt and are uneatable, they don't have correct change other times, I also have speculation the delivery guys eat the chips because they are always 1/4 empty ALSO once when I went in to the shop to order and then the guys 8 friends came afterward and ordered and got their kebabs first and after they had gotten theirs I was told I couldn't have just chicken because their wasn't enough left! After I had already paid and waited 30 mins for the group to go!!
  ALSO, EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC AND MANY ELECTRICAL WIRING FAULTS WITH THE SHOP
